Our goal is to develop and launch the RSA4 next-generation spray refill station on the international market, providing one of the most innovative solutions in the field of sustainable packaging and the circular economy for the aerosol industry. With the development of the RSA4, we enable consumers to quickly, simply, and safely refill their aerosol products—such as deodorants and body care sprays—in a retail environment, significantly reducing the environmental impact caused by single-use cans and harmful propellants. All this is achieved through a unique compressed air technology, offering a new alternative to traditional aerosols.

We have already successfully validated our RSA3 prototype on the domestic market, at Rossmann stores, where 30 stations are operating in real retail environments. Based on operational and user experiences, it became clear that the development of a new device—scalable and economically manufacturable, fully meeting both international market and technical expectations—is necessary. This is why we initiated the RSA4 development project, in which we significantly increase filling accuracy, expand the number of products the station can handle (from 20 to even 50), and develop a modular, easily maintainable station with advanced electronics and software architecture.

Throughout our development, we continuously analyze and integrate data and customer feedback from our machines already operating on the market. After laboratory validation, we will install stations in at least two EU member states to gain experience under real market conditions, ensuring that our product meets even the strictest international standards. By the end of the project, we will have ten RSA4-C machines in operation, thereby proving the technology’s industrial applicability, scalability, and market readiness.

The economic and environmental advantages of the RSA4 project are substantial. By using our station, we not only reduce packaging waste and the CO₂ emissions related to propellants by up to 80%, but also offer significant cost savings to both consumers and commercial partners. For customers, refilling is more affordable as they only pay for the product and do not need to purchase a new can each time. For retailers, our system offers logistical, stock management, and sustainability advantages, as it significantly reduces the shelf space required for these products.

We place special emphasis on the safety, quality, and user-friendly design of the system. Our stations are equipped with integrated sensor networks, machine vision modules, precise load cells, and operate in a cloud-based software environment that enables real-time data collection and remote monitoring. Our key objective is to ensure a simple, intuitive, and accessible user experience for everyone, which is why continuous UX/UI development, A/B testing, and integration of user feedback are central to our development process.

We protect the innovations developed during the project—including the filling mechanism, software and electronic solutions, and modular structural design—with patents and utility models, thus ensuring international competitive advantage. As part of our strategy, we also make the RSA4 platform available in a white-label business model for brand-independent partners, supporting broad adoption in the European market.

Overall, our project stands on three pillars: sustainability, innovation, and economic competitiveness. We believe that the RSA4 spray refill station represents not only an industry breakthrough but also sets an example of how the principles of the circular economy can be efficiently and profitably implemented in practice. We are committed to sharing our technology and experience with other stakeholders, thereby contributing to the widespread adoption of sustainable packaging both in Europe and globally.
