Sustainability
Waste not, want not. In a circular deodorant market envisioned by Respray, products are designed with their end-of-life taken into account, and once the user is finished with the product, it goes back into the supply chain instead of the landfill. Watch out our sustainability page to see how Respray contributes to this.

How to start selling our product through a Refill Station? If you would like to start selling your product via Respray Refill Stations, please contact the Respray Team, they will provide you with the necessary information regarding the implementation process!
-
How long does the implementation process take? The timeframe of the implementation process depends on various factors. If your product was developed to work with compressed gasses, then the process could take just a few months. If there have to be new developments on the product side, the timeframe could range from 6-12 months.
-
Do I need to buy or can I rent refill station? We do not sell the refill stations. We provide a service in which we install and maintain the refill stations at the agreed retail locations at all times in return for a monthly or yearly rent fee. This service consists of the support of the new products developed (if necessary), new manufacturing processes (if necessary), IT service and maintenance.
-
Who is responsible for the maintenance of the Refill Station?Respray is responsible for the maintenance of the stations, this includes correcting any potential problems and monitoring the whole operation. Maintenance does NOT include restocking the station with the fragrance bags and labels, this is done by the shop assistants at the retail stores.
-
Who is responsible for changing the product in the Refill Station? The shop assistants are responsible for changing the product in the Refill Station. This process is fairly easy and could be done by anyone after a short training. The product level is closely monitored by the stations, so we exactly know when to restock the scents.
-
What is the size of the Refill Station? The footprint of the Refill Station is 100 cm x 60 cm x 170 cm. We help you with installing the stations, our partners do not have to worry about moving them.
-
How are the big containers filled and supplied (by the producers)? The products are being filled into BIB bags. These can be easily filled at the manufacturing site after a brief training. Filling and supplying these bags is fairly easy, but Respray can help you with implementing this process.
-
How many product is inside? The stations can handle up to 12 products per station. This ensures that we can provide our end customers with a diverse range of brands and fragrances so that they can find their favorite!
-
How do customers pay for the product? At the end of the process the Refill Station prints a label that the customers have to stick onto the back of the can. This contains the barcode (amongst other things), so payment at the cashier can be handled easily with the other products.
-
How to become your distributor? If you would like to be our partner in selling our solution – we have a special offer for You. Visit our Contact page for more information!
-
What does the logistics process look like?It is quite similar to the normal products. The retail stores are making orders in the same way, the only difference is that the deodorant cans and the fragrances are sold separately.
-
Can I mix different scents? We do not let customers mix different scents in the cans due to quality assurance measures. Each can has its own individual identification code, due to this identification the customers cannot go wrong with the process.
